Deborah Harris has been a full time studio potter in Chapel Hill, North Carolina since 1997. Carbon trap Shino and Celadon glazes on porcelain are her current passion. The whiteness of the clay body gives the glaze colors a rich and vibrant quality. The sometimes subtle and sometimes dramatic variations in these glazes give each individual piece a unique personality.
